Foreign organization is allowed to deal in real estate business and in real estate services under the following scope:
- Investing in the creation of house or construction works for sale, lease or hire-purchase;
- Investing in land reclamation and infrastructure works on the lease land for the lease of land with infrastructure;
- Real estate services including: Real estate brokerage real estate valuation, real estate transaction floor, real estate consultancy, real estate auction, real estate advertisement, and real estate management service.
in respect to real estate services, a foreign investor may be registered all the aforesaid services. If only the real estate brokerage and valuation shall be registered, such an investor must have at least one person possessing the real estate brokerage certificate; and two persons possessing the real estate valuation certificate in accordance with provisions of Law on real estate business.
