Service 1: Declaring and receiving of the inheritance and updating the changes on the rights of land use right and ownership of houses and other assets attached to land
Step 1: Stage for declaring and receiving of the Client’s inheritance
- Studying the documents and legislations relating to confessing the Client’s inheritance;
- Drafting the documents and explanation letters to submit to the competent Notary office and the People’s Committee of Ward-level relating to the declaration and receipt of the Client’s inheritance;
- Requesting the notary organization on behalf of the Client to conduct the procedures of announcement, publicly posting for declaring and receiving the inheritance at the local State bodies in place where the Client’s heritance located;
- Contacting, preparing relevant dossier and guiding or presenting the Client to conduct the notarization procedure for the application for declaring and receiving the inheritance on behalf of the Client in the competent body’s office; and
- Explaining the Client’s queries relating to above legal procedures.
Step 2: Stage for implementation on updating the changes on the rights of the land use and ownership of houses and other assets attached to land for the Client (Real Estate)
- Reviewing the documents provided by the Client and comparing with the relevant legislations;
- Drafting all documents relating to the request for the competent State body updating or issuing the land use right, ownership of houses and other assets attached to the land certificates for the Client;
- Working with the competent State bodies on behalf of the Client to submit and receive the result of the above dossier; and
- Following up, updating the information and informing the Client the settlement proceeding as well as the result of the submitted dossiers.
Service 2: Drafting and notarizing the Agreement for the division of common properties during marriage/the Agreement for the commitment of the private properties during marriage/the Authorization Contract/the Power of Attorney/the Property sales and purchase contract/the Contract for gifting the properties/the property Leasing contract/the Property lending contract/the Contract for the promise of Selling and purchasing properties/the Sales and purchase contract of the property to be formed in the future
Step 1: Drafting the agreement relating to the matters
- Reviewing the documents provided by the Client and comparing with the relevant legislations;
- Requesting the Client to provide the additional information and documents relating to the matters, if necessary;
- Recording the Client’s opinions and then drafting the agreement relating to the matters to send to the Client for comment and input, if any;
- Adjusting the contents of the agreement relating to the matters under the Client’s opinions and concurrently ensuring to comply the formality as well as contents of the agreement under the prevailing legislation of Vietnam; and
- Answering the Client’s queries relating to the contents of the matters.
Step 2: Guiding the notarization procedure for the agreement relating to the matters
- Studying the legislations on the notarized procedure of the agreement relating to the matters;
- Preparing and guiding the Client the necessary documents to notary the documents relating to the matters;
- Arranging the appointment with the notary official in charge to conduct notarizing the above documents; and
- Supporting or notarizing the agreement relating to the matters on behalf of the Client at the competent notary offices until the documents are completely notarized.
