Her role encompassed reviewing contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance, and addressing legal issues related to land use and project development. After completing her legal practice skills training course at the Judicial Academy, she joined VDD Lawyers, where she has been actively engaged in dispute resolution, assisting clients in navigating complex legal conflicts, and providing in-depth legal advisory services on corporate governance, investment transactions, land ownership, labor law compliance, and other related matters. Her expertise allows her to support businesses and individuals in mitigating risks, ensuring regulatory adherence, and achieving favorable legal outcomes.
